FDA-332 Series:

The FDA-332 series Motion Simulators are part of an economic series of rate tables and flight motion simulators. The model allows testing of several medium and large Inertial Measurement Units (IMU’s) or Micro Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS) sensors simultaneously and also is used as a Flight Motion Simulator (FMS) in a Hardware-In-The-Loop (HWIL) simulation environment or for the development, testing and calibration of stabilized optical sights or star trackers.

Features

  • Precise absolute positioning, high rate accuracy with no drift, excellent rate stability in all axes
  • Slip rings for data transmission from / to device under test
  • AC direct drive in all axes
  • Axes are equipped with stow locks to facilitate the safe loading/unloading of the UUT
  • Removable temperature chamber with open-loop cooling using carbon dioxide (CO2) coolant (optional)
  • Customize Table platen design to customer’s specification, different material, size and design

Controller Features

  • Nonlinear multi variable centralize controller
  • High frequency transparency (Essential for HWIL)
  • Robustness to load changing
  • High interaction rejection
  • Command reconstruction
  • Resonance rejection with excellent loop shaping operation
  • Real time interfaces UDP (Up to 4 kHz), RS-422 / RS-232

Control Modes

  • ABSOLUTE
  • RELATIVE
  • RATE
  • SINUS OSCILLATION
  • REMOTE ACCESS
